Delivery

We ship to the UK and internationally via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, however during busy periods this can take up to 5 days. Please bear with us as we are a small business of artists, and are therefore not geared up for large volumes of orders. We will always do our best to ensure items are shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

We are currently set to sell to UK and international customers - please contact us to discuss a specific request.

Schools or groups - please contact us for large orders.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local circumstances.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

UK Orders

Change of Mind Returns

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us annabruder@mac.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Orders

Change of Mind Returns

International customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include original packaging.

  • Be securely packaged for return transit.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and any customs charges associated with returning an item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
